Apple’s new IPAD

above you will find the link to Apple’s Steve Jobs do their demmo on the new IPAD. let me tell you, I watched and I was blown away. What an amazing piece of technology. As i watched the demmo, i couldn’t help but think about the movie Minority Report and the computer technology depicted in the movie. The total touch screen, hands on, and complete involvement of the user. This new IPAD looks amazing! I guess the way to describe it is…a big IPHONE??? I mean it seems to run just as an Iphone does, but just bigger and better. I LOVE my Iphone. I think it’s the best phone out there and if it wasn’t for the service(sprint) I would never dream of any different phone. It’s like having the hottest chick on the planet…just by far the best phone. But I ask myself…is this Ipad worth of shelling out anywhere from $499-$699 for the basic Ipad, and anywhere from $699-$899 for Ipad 3gs when it REALLY is an oversized Iphone?  In my opinion, Ipad would have to offer me something that can’t be done on my phone. I was really hoping that perhaps it would be college student friendly. Judging by the demmo, there isn’t any built in apps to attract college students…i.e, microsoft word…at least it wasn’t shown…can u download it??? i don’t know. Also I would like to see a port to maybe exchange music, papers, photos, and whatever else….

As a college student living in a struggling economy YOU must show me something that I can’t live with out…because s why must i feel it necessary to buy an over grown IPOD? and by the way,,,I have to pay a monthly service charge in addition to the purchase of my new Ipad…and as i mentioned beffore, Sprint SUCKS!!! below you will find a link to an article describing the negatives of the Ipad.
